Welcome to BarberPro. By accessing or using our platform, mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using BarberPro, you confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.
2. Description of Service
BarberPro provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for managing barbershops, hair salons, and beauty salons. This includes, but is not limited to: appointment management, customer database, payment processing, and marketing tools.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials. BarberPro will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Plans: We offer Free and Paid plans (Solo, Team, Unlimited).
- Billing: Charges are made in advance, monthly or annually, based on your choice.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. The service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial service periods, except where required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and source code of BarberPro are the exclusive property of BarberPro Inc. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service according to your contracted plan.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the data you upload (e.g., customer list, haircut photos). However, you grant us a worldwide license to host, copy, and process this data solely to provide and improve the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BarberPro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from your use of the Service.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the platform or by email. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the new terms.
